Eva Mendes is both an model and actor. Talent agents noticed her talents and convinced that she should pursue a career as a model or actor. She dropped out of university after much thought about an entertainment career. Her debut came in the movie Children of the Corn V : Fields of Terror, and she wasn't happy by how the movie turned out. In order to prove her worth her worth, she was featured in several low-budget productions to develop her acting. It was not an effortless path for this actor but her sheer willpower and patience was rewarded.
