Davis was a part of the sound department who worked on many notable TV and film projects and films, was an incredibly respected person. In the 50-episodes of "Young Sheldon" Davis was a masterful mixing mixer who blended each audio element effortlessly. Davis was in charge of re-tooling the audio elements in each episode, including Adult Sheldon's narration. This added a layer of nostalgic warmth to the series. The name of Sheldon, Amy and their the future Son was revealed by Davis in "Young Sheldon" Season 4 premier.
